In the shade of the carob trees, time regains its natural rhythm.

The Carob Garden is a natural and silent space dominated by the majestic presence of carob trees, symbolic trees of the Island. Next to them, an ancient olive tree and vines draw a distinctive rural landscape of balance and memory.

Interwoven among these historic presences are citrus and fruit trees-oranges, pomegranates and lemons-that punctuate the seasons with color, fragrance and generous fruit. It is a garden that holds the natural beauty of the earth, allowed to speak with simplicity. An intimate space, ideal for quiet moments, immersive experiences and intimate events, where nature becomes an integral part of the story.
